Glaciar cirques
The work of ice over thousands of years has made remarkable glacial cirques in our mountains, huge arenas like the Coronas, Salenques, Tempestades, Barrancs ...
Glacial cirques are semicircular shaped depressions with steep walls where snow accumulates then becomes ice. They are in the higher elevations of the mountains and when the ice melts the cirques can cause gaps or mountain lakes.
